Bowab, LLC, doing business as Bowab Fortified Roofing ("Bowab", "we"), is a roofing contractor serving Mobile and Baldwin County, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect through www.bowab.co, our customer job pages, and our text messages, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address and property address, plus anything you tell us about your roof. If we do work for you, we also keep the estimate you signed, jobsite photos, scheduling details, invoices and our own notes about the job.

How we use it

To contact you about your estimate, prepare and send proposals, schedule inspections and crews, communicate about your project, invoice for completed work, keep our accounting and warranty records, and document FORTIFIED roofing work for the evaluator and any grant program you are participating in (such as Strengthen Alabama Homes).

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to do the work: our e-signature provider (to sign estimates), our email provider, Google Drive (where job documents are filed), CompanyCam (jobsite photos), Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing), and, for FORTIFIED or grant-funded jobs, the evaluator and program administrator. We never sell customer information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send project-related messages only: appointment and inspection reminders, schedule confirmations, job status updates, and a request for feedback when the work is done. Message frequency varies with your project; most customers receive a handful of texts over the life of a job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Website analytics

www.bowab.co uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools use cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages viewed and the general location of your device. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

Security and retention

Customer records are stored with Supabase and Vercel in the United States, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by signed-in Bowab staff. We keep job records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and licensing obligations.
